How Will Healthcare Reform Affect the Economy?

There are several theories floating around. I recently did a couple of Freelance writing jobs were I was asked to interview small business owners. Over 80% of them were excited about the proposed funding of both Short term medical plans and standard Medical insurance for the public. They felt that the costs are out of control and that these measures would allow them to invest in their company rather to pay overhead. They also think this will spark more entrepreneurs to go into business for themselves by removing this barrier. Interesting and surprising, if you ask me.
