Planning for the pope's visit

The Newseum, the museum about news and the media located in Washington, is producing a mini exhibit about press coverage of papal travels. We also will be writing about press coverage of Pope Benedict's April visit to the U.S. for our Web site (www.newseum.org). I'm interest in your plans for coverage of the visit -- and I'm sure other editors would like to compare notes. What do you have planned in advance? What will you be doing while Benedict is in the country? How will you be telling the story online? What role will citizen journalists have?
